ERP is a highly effective form of cognitive-behavioral therapy designed to treat anxiety disorders, particularly obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). By breaking the cycle of avoidance and ritualistic responses, ERP empowers individuals to manage and overcome their anxiety, promoting long-lasting relief and improved overall well-being.
